FUND SYSTEM OF THE NEW ORDER

Integration of cooperative funds, personal and registered funds on 19 registers and 19 development directions

Conceptual master document • New Order • EG

Summary

The Fund System of the New Order brings together two sources of development: an individual’s personal capital and the collective capital of cooperation. A fund becomes a digital institution with a profile, rights, sources, goals, projects, a balance, indicators, risks and rules for distributing results, rather than a separate “wallet”.

The architecture is constructed as a matrix R01-R19 × N01-N19. Nineteen basic registries provide legal and digital connectivity. Nineteen areas determine which social, industrial, natural and space tasks capital is directed to.

personal and personal funds retain the result of a person, family, family, author and scientific school;

cooperative funds accumulate shares, reserves, investments, production and social funds;

The meta-register links rights, money, projects and effects;

The Living Balance shows not only the balance of funds, but also the state of man, production, territory, biosphere and heritage;

Smart money implements the purpose, limits and preliminary control;

The project result is distributed according to a pre-approved formula between participants, reserves, development, society, nature and future generations.

Summary architecture

Figure 1. A matrix of 19 basic registers and 19 directions of the New Order.

1. Four levels of the fund system

I. Man, family, kind and name

Personal, family, family, name, educational, medical and hereditary funds. The owner retains the rights within the framework of the law and the approved passport of the fund.

II. Cooperative and project

Share, reserve, investment, production, innovation, social and infrastructure funds. Resources are pooled voluntarily and directed to agreed projects.

III. Territory, industry and macroregion

Territory development funds and industry funds link projects, production chains, infrastructure, personnel and natural constraints.

IV. State and planetary contour

The system of funds is aggregated into 19 linked balance sheets, PSC, Metareister, State Constructor and Planetary Balance.

2. Nineteen basic registers

Registers are not a substitute for state systems, but a proposed integration layer. Each record must have a source, data owner, legal basis, access level, change history, and verifiable connections.

The Fund System of the New Order creates a single route for capital: from the individual, family, author and cooperative member to the project, production, territory, nature and future generations. Rights are not diluted, goals are not lost, and the result becomes measurable and distributable according to rules established in advance.

Note: The document presents a conceptual architecture. Implementation requires separate legal, tax, banking, accounting, investment and information security work.
