A common foundation.
The system helps distinguish property participation, resource tasks of projects, risk coverage and participant support.
- Participate and preserve
- The Share Fund connects members’ property participation with the Cooperative’s activities. The Indivisible Fund is a separate part of the share fund with special rules for preserving common property.
- Develop and connect
- The Development Fund provides the resource base for projects. The Infrastructure Fund focuses on direct consumer–producer interaction.
- Support resilience
- The Reserve Fund is provided for covering specified costs and losses; the Insurance Fund provides internal coverage of risks related to the Cooperative’s activities.
- Secure obligations and help
- The Guarantee and Surety Fund concerns security for obligations. The Mutual Assistance Fund supports Cooperative members under the conditions of its documents.

Documentary basis
Under clause 25.3 of the Charter, as cited in the register, the size, formation and use of funds are governed by regulations approved by the General Meeting on the proposal of the Cooperative’s Board.
The register describes funds provided for by the Charter; it does not confirm their actual formation, sizes, balances or the existence of assets.
